ad • Hey hey! I've just disembarked a veeeery warm (but fantastic) week in the Mediterranean onboard Norwegian Epic! 🔥🛳️ Epic is completely unique and she was the ship where Norwegian tried new things. Some of them they did again, and some they never did (like the quirky bathroom layout). 😂⚓️ She is definitely the most divisive cruise ship out there, some people love her and others love to hate her. I cruised on her way back in 2015, before I ever considered talking about cruises online, so I...

Many people assume that the best time to cruise is the peak season. It must be popular for a reason right? I disagree! 😉😂For me, the best time to cruise is during what is called the shoulder season. These are the months before or after the peak time, and they are often much much cheaper. 🌎🚢 The peak season is often just the peak just because it's during the school holidays. If you're lucky enough to be like me and you don't have to worry about those I'd always suggest looking at the...

A couple of days ago, I took a cruise that went UNDER TOWER BRIDGE in central London! Yep, you heard me right, the bridge opened up and we sailed out late at night. 🤯⚓️ I love London so this was a dream come true and something I'll never forget. The ship was Windstar's Star Pride and she holds a maximum of 312 guests. She's a tiny little ship compared to the ships I usually sail on. 🌊😇 I say she's tiny and she is, but she used to be even smaller. The ship was cut in half and a brand new...

Hey hey hey, I hope you've had a fantastic week. It's been a great one for me with two exciting things happening. 🥳🥳 The first is that I donated the money we raised from the latest versions of First Mate Rolo and Captain Hudson. In total, it came to $31,227, which is absolutely mind-blowing. The money will do SO much good, saving and changing the lives of humans, dogs and cats! 🥰❤️ As always I am so so proud of our community here and can't thank you enough. If you are waiting for your...

Hey, I hope you're having a lovely week! I've been doing one of my favourite things this week... researching potential cruises I'd like to book. 😂😂 The problem is, there are approximately 79547054 different cruises I'd like to take and so I need your help deciding! 🙏🏼🥰 If there’s a cruise line you’d love to see me try next, tell me here: Emma's Cruise Line Survey You can tick as many as you'd like. So far, Holland America are in the lead. I've never cruised with them but I'm sure I'd enjoy...

Hey hey hey, I hope you're having a lovely week. 🥳❤️ I've just disembarked the brand new Norwegian Luna, where I was onboard for a little two-day launch press trip. I was on the ship's first cruise EVER, and she's heading to Miami now for her naming ceremony. I'm back home working on my video. 😀🛳️ I managed to do so much in 2 days, including a 10-deck drop slide and an interactive adult only show. I usually run a mile from anything labelled as 'interactive' but I thought it would make a good...

One thing I hear A LOT when it comes to picking a cabin is advice like: “Just book the cheapest, you won’t spend much time in your room anyway.” I do agree that you probably won’t spend loads of time in an inside cabin, but that doesn't really work for the other cabin types. 🫢🌍 In my experience, the nicer the cabin, the more time you’ll actually want to spend there! 😂❤️ If I have a balcony, I might stay in and order room service, whereas if I'm in an inside cabin, eating inside doesn't have...

Hey hey, I hope you're having a lovely week. I'm sending this email from my cabin onboard the Norwegian Star sailing near Iceland! 😇🚢 I know 'The Sun DOESN'T SET' might not sound possible, but I promise you it is! 😂😂 On this cruise, I've been visiting some of the most remote places on earth, some of which are so far north that they have 24-hour sunlight during the summer. 🌤️🌦️ I visited Svalbard (where I took a trip down a coal mine and crawled through a 60cm high tunnel), and there the sun...

ad • Greetings from the wonderful Norwegian Star, currently bobbing around near Norway! 🇳🇴😁 The cruise I'm currently on is 12 days long, and we're visiting Svalbard and Iceland, two places that I've never been to before. They've been on my to do list for a veeery long time. 😋🚢 In Svalbard, the sun doesn't set between the 20th of April and the 22nd of August. AT ALL. Isn't that crazy?! I can't wait to show you more of this adventure. Glad I'm not here in winter when it's dark 24/7! 🥹🏆 I have...
